Description

Traverter is an Acrylic copolymer cement based, decorative paint with antique Mineral Stone appearance. Traverter presents the nobility of aged Mineral Stone walls in a modern and lively way. It lso allows for different pattern applications. It does not harm human health and the environment due to its water-based structure. It can be applied on all the old painted surfaces, ground preparation, concrete, gypsum, black plaster, betopan, etc.

• Drying Time: It will take 1 day to dry the full coat if it will be applied in 1 layer and 2 layers to the full drying.

 

Application:

• The surface to be applied must be purified from all kinds of dust, dirt, and oil. A clean, dry and solid surface should be obtained after light sanding all of the embossed and old painted surfaces. If necessary, defects and cracks on the surface should be repaired with Smart Internal Acrylic Putty. 20% of water is Traverter enough to the first layer and mixed until it becomes homogeneous.

 

• Traverter is applied to the entire surface with the help of a trowel. In order for the surface to be smooth, the first layer is left to dry for 1 day after making corrections with a trowel. Before starting the second layer application, the surface is wetted with water with the help of a roller. When the dry surface is obtained, the second layer is applied to the surface with a trowel.

 

• On the surface close to drying the second layer, lines are created with the help of the opposite of the trowel. After enough lines are formed, corrections are made with a trowel and left to dry for another day. On the third day, the surface is wetted with water again with the help of a roller.

 

• Smart Arteco, which is the top coat without drying, is thinned 25-30% and applied with the help of special apparatus. Before using Traverter, it must be mixed until it becomes completely homogeneous. Dilute Traverter enough for you on each floor. Since the product is cement based, it can dry out.

 

• Ambient and surface temperature should be between + 5ºC and + 35ºC during the application and product drying period. If application is to be made on very shiny and glassy surfaces, a solid surface should be formed by sanding the surface first to ensure better adhesion.

Warnings:
